    Welcome to EaseMyExpo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EaseMyExpo's website, applications, APIs, and services for business data extraction and enrichment. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Services Overview

    EaseMyExpo provides professional business data extraction and enrichment services that include but are not limited to:

    • Service Scope: Our service is primarily focused on layout parsing and data extraction from documents and CSVs. We are not a lead generation company but rather specialize in parsing layouts and processing CSV files to extract and enrich existing publicly available data from the internet.
    • PDF Data Extraction: Our platform extracts key business information from uploaded PDF documents, including company names, business details, and contact information.
    • Business Data Enrichment: Premium subscribers receive enhanced business data including PAN numbers, GST details, phone numbers, email addresses, and more.
    • Free Trial Service: We offer a limited free trial that allows users to test our extraction capabilities before purchasing a premium subscription.
    • Data Processing: Our system uses advanced technology to accurately identify and extract business information from documents.
    • Secure Document Handling: We provide secure storage and processing of your uploaded documents with appropriate encryption and access controls.
    • User Dashboard: Our platform includes a user-friendly interface to manage your uploaded documents and view extracted data.

    3. User Accounts and Registration

    To access our services, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information.

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • Account information is stored securely as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • User data including name, email, username, and role is associated with your account and used to provide services.

    4. Service Usage and Restrictions

    When using our services, you agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Upload or share documents containing information you do not have the right to share.
    • Upload documents containing sensitive personal data not related to business operations.
    • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass our premium subscription features.
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
    • Use our services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

    5. Service Tiers and Features

    Our service includes the following tiers and features:

    • Free Trial: One-time limited access to our basic data extraction service to test the platform's capabilities before purchasing a premium subscription. The free trial includes limited document processing and basic data extraction.
    • Premium Subscription: Full access to our comprehensive data extraction and enrichment services, contact details, phone and emails and more from uploaded documents.
    • Document Processing: Our system accepts PDF documents and extracts business information with high accuracy. Processing times may vary based on document complexity and system load.
    • Data Retention: Free trial results are available for a limited time, while premium subscription data is stored according to subscription terms.
    • Usage Limits: Premium subscriptions have unlimited document processing.

    6. Payment and Subscription Terms

    Payment terms for our services are as follows:

    • Premium subscription fees must be paid in full before service activation.
    • We accept payment through our secure payment gateway and other specified payment methods.
    • All subscription purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased.
    • Before making a purchase, users are encouraged to utilize the free trial to evaluate if our services meet their needs.
    • Subscription fees may change with notice to users.
    • Subscription renewals are subject to the pricing in effect at the time of renewal.

    7. Intellectual Property

    You retain all rights to the documents you upload to our platform. The extracted data is provided to you as a service. Our data enrichment processes, algorithms, and platform interface are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use our services for their intended purpose of extracting and viewing business information from documents you have the right to process.

    8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

    • We do not offer refunds for premium subscription purchases under any circumstances.
    • Users are encouraged to utilize the free trial to evaluate our services before making a purchase.
    • You may cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the current subscription period.
    • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
    • If you have concerns about our services, please contact our support team before making a purchase.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseMyExpo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all extracted data, and users should verify critical business information.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EaseMyExpo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

    11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

    12. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to these Terms.

    13. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

    EaseMyExpo Data Processing Addendum

    This EaseMyExpo Data Processing Addendum ("Addendum") amends the EaseMyExpo Terms and conditions of Service (the "Agreement") by and between you and AMF Internet services limited., a UK company with offices at Medius house, 2 sheraton street, London, UK, W1F 8BH.

    1. Definitions

    (a) "Data Protection Legislation" means European Directives 95/46/EC and 2002/58/EC, and any legislation and/or regulation implementing or made pursuant to them, or which amends or replaces any of them (including the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679);

    (b) "Data Processor", "Data Subject", "Processor", "Processing", "Subprocessor", and "Supervisory Authority" shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation;

    (c) "Personal Data" as used in this Addendum means information relating to an identifiable or identified Data Subject who you wish to engage with (a "Customer"), which EaseMyExpo Processes as a Data Processor in the course of providing you with the Services.

    (d) All other capitalized terms in this Addendum shall have the same definition as in the Agreement.

    2. Data Protection

    2.1. As part of providing the Services, Personal Data may be transferred to other regions such as the United States. Such transfers will be completed in compliance with relevant Data Protection Legislation.

    2.2. When EaseMyExpo Processes Personal Data in the course of providing the Services, EaseMyExpo will:

    • 2.2.1. Process the Personal Data as a Data Processor, only for the purpose of providing the Services in accordance with documented instructions from you (provided that such instructions are commensurate with the functionalities of the Services), and as may subsequently be agreed to by you. If EaseMyExpo is required by law to Process the Personal Data for any other purpose, EaseMyExpo will provide you with prior notice of this requirement, unless EaseMyExpo is prohibited by law from providing such notice;
    • 2.2.2. notify you if, in EaseMyExpo's opinion, your instruction for the processing of Personal Data infringes applicable Data Protection Legislation;
    • 2.2.3. notify you promptly, to the extent permitted by law, upon receiving an inquiry or complaint from a Data Subject or Supervisory Authority relating to EaseMyExpo's Processing of the Personal Data;
    • 2.2.4. implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft, alteration or disclosure. These measures shall be appropriate to the harm which might result from any unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, damage or theft of Personal Data and appropriate to the nature of the Personal Data which is to be protected;
    • 2.2.5. provide you, upon request, with up-to-date attestations, reports or extracts thereof where available from a source charged with auditing EaseMyExpo's data protection practices (e.g. external auditors, internal audit, data protection auditors), or suitable certifications, to enable you to assess compliance with the terms of this Addendum;
    • 2.2.6. notify you promptly upon becoming aware of and confirming any accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful processing of, disclosure of, or access to the Personal Data;
    • 2.2.7. ensure that its personnel who access the Personal Data are subject to confidentiality obligations that restrict their ability to disclose the Customer Personal Data; and
    • 2.2.8. upon termination of the Agreement, EaseMyExpo will promptly initiate its purge process to delete or anonymize the Personal Data.

    2.3 In the course of providing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that EaseMyExpo may use Subprocessors to Process the Personal Data. EaseMyExpo's use of any specific Subprocessor to process the Personal Data must be in compliance with Data Protection Legislation and must be governed by a contract between EaseMyExpo and Subprocessor.

    3. Miscellaneous

    3.1 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement and this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail. For avoidance of doubt and to the extent allowed by applicable law, any and all liability under this Addendum, including limitations thereof, will be governed by the relevant provisions of the Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that EaseMyExpo may amend this Addendum from time to time by posting the relevant amended and restated Addendum on EaseMyExpo's website, available at https://www.Anymailfinder.com/legal and such amendments to the Addendum are effective as of the date of posting. Your continued use of the Services after the amended Addendum is posted to EaseMyExpo's website constitutes your agreement to, and acceptance of, the amended Addendum. If you do not agree to any changes to the Addendum, do not continue to use the Service.

    3.2 Save as specifically modified and amended in this Addendum, all of the terms, provisions and requirements contained in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and govern this Addendum. If any provision of the Addendum is held illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be severed and shall be inoperative, and the remainder of this Addendum shall remain operative and binding on the parties.

    3.3 The terms of this Addendum shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Addendum.
